After posting a semi-awkward video with photographer Terry Richardson P Diddy once again flaunts his penchant for hipster homeboys and command over social media via a video with Arctic Monkeys drummer Matt Helders.
In the video Diddy claims to sign the UK four-piece to his Bad Boy imprint while confessing that he is a massive fan of the band: “It’s your boy Diddy” he says “I’m the newest member of the Arctic Monkeys. I’m not gonna be singing. I’m not gonna be playing any instruments. But I’m part of the crew. I’m part of the entourage. So if y’all fuck with the Arctic Monkeys, y’all gotta fuck with me.” Also? “All you other rock bands out there in London, for real, if y’all even look at my guys weird backstage, I’m a jump on that motherfucking British Airways flight, come backstage, and stick my foot so far up your ass.”
P Diddy also Twittered about the experience saying “Just kickin’ it wit my boy Matt [Helders] from the Arctic Monkeys! I’m the newest member of the group! I’m signing him to Bad Boy!”and also hinted at a Simian Mobile Disco collaboration “Also with James from Simian Mobile Disco! I just did a new track with them! It’s crazy!”
