Brisbane grunge-revivalists Violent Soho (interview here) have just released a video for “Jesus Stole My Girlfriend”, one of the catchiest and most blasphemously titled jams from their self-titled sophomore album. The video was shot in LA and as luck would have it, the Thurston Moore approved four-piece provide the perfect soundtrack for a Hollywood Boulevard mosh pit. Watch below for the “handsiest” Superman ever and a hooky amalgam of Weezer, Nirvana and The Smashing Pumpkins but with no subtlety whatsoever.
