She said to the Bonnaroo music festival crowd in Tennessee, as she walked off stage amid a sea of cries for an encore.
Her final gig was reportedly spent reiterating that it was her last show and retirement was nearing. Quotes such as; “This is my last show and I’m glad I’m spending it with all my hippies’ plagued the show as she went out with a boom bringing all her homeboys and homegirls on stage for her final appearance.
Do you think she’s for reeeel? Will you be angry if she retires then comes back? Will there be a M.I.A. best of? Is M.I.A. pregnant? Do you think her failing “rock star” husband paid her to retire? I guess this will be another case that only time can answer…
