Little Mix are the latest celebs to use the tried-and-true method of posting an apology to social media via the Notes app, this time to cancel their upcoming tour of Australia and New Zealand.

The UK four piece, who had locked in massive arena shows in Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane over December, posted their massive apologies this morning about having to cancel at the last minute, because they needed to stay and….work on new music? Ok. Sure.

The cancelled tour comes after it was already postponed back in June thanks to scheduling conflicts, and it’s almost getting to a point where you gotta wonder if they’re ever going to bloody come back here again.

Fans have responded to the group, recognising that it’s a risky and kinda shit move (though sometimes these things are beyond control), and some UK fans are even weighing in to say that they’d be happy to give up a UK tour so that Little Mix can visit their fans overseas.

One fan gave a theory about the reason why Little Mix postponed and then cancelled their Australian and NZ tour leg and tbh, they’re prob not wrong hey.

Ticketek has confirmed that all tickets purchased will be fully refunded, so you don’t have to do anything about it to chase that down. And if you bought your tickets at an actual brick-and-mortar store using cash or card, expect a call within the next week for your refund to be sorted out.

There’s no sign as to whether Little Mix will reschedule these shows, but it’s looking like Australia and New Zealand are no longer going to see the LM5 tour.
