Lady Gaga has revealed that pop culture’s favourite sleazebag photographer Terry Richardson will be responsible for creating a new documentary about her and her new album, ARTPOP.
It’s certainly not the first time the two envelope-pushers have worked together; there’s already a Lady GaGa x Terry Richardson book which you can put on your fancy coffee table/naked male model to impress your parents with your artistic knowledge.
Mini-media mogul Tavi Gevinson famously called out Richardson on his questionable studio conduct a few years ago, saying “Let’s clarify: you don’t love women just because you have sex with them and like taking pictures of their ladyparts.” Luckily for GaGa, that’s seems to be precisely what she wants from almost all of her daily interactions. Match made in heaven?
ARTPOP has no release date yet, but safe to say there’ll be at least two more Rihanna records in the interim.
