Smashing Pumpkins, Queens Of The Stone Age and Duran Duran are all playing this year’s V Festival. The sideshows were announced and today and I immediately squee’d at the very thought of Queens Of The Stone Age supporting Smashing Pumpkins. Sadly, you have to either live in Radelaide or Hobart in order to see them (unless you’re going to the V festival) at the moment, so lets bow our heads and pray for sideshows to be announced in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane of this magnitude.

Queens Of The Stone Age – Hobart City Hall – April 4 (No Smashing Pumpkins)
Tickets for both shows are on sale February 11th via your usual ticket buying places.
Also, you may wanna get your tickets asap cos those amazing shows are gonna sell out within seconds.
