The music enthusiast who was once runner up in Cleo’s Bachelor of the Year Awards (close but no cigar) has launched Zapatunes, an App which allows unsigned, emerging musicians to take their tracks to the masses. It works through QR codes that users can ZAP with their smart phones to receive free downloads from the artist. The future is now.
According to the App’s site the codes can be plastered “at the back of your gig, on a lamp post or even hidden in a toilet”. Hello, the soundtrack to your life!
