Earlier today, Beyoncé reduced a good chunk of the internet to a blubbering mess with the big reveal of her new project, Lemonade, comprising a solid hour’s worth of new videos on HBO.
It featured a segment in which she smashed shit up with a baseball bat while wearing Roberto Cavalli, and an American Horror Story: Coven-esque interlude were she threw her middle fingers up, seemingly at a certain gentleman who will remain nameless.
Now comes some even bigger news – the HBO presentation was the prelude to Lemonade, which is available right now on your friendly neighbourhood torrent client Tidal.
The album features 12 songs, each with a corresponding video, and has been described as:
“a conceptual project based on every woman’s journey of self-knowledge and healing.”
