Croatian reality TV star/stylist/model/actor/lover of plastic surgery Neven Ciganovic reportedly travelled to Iran for a nose job, but came back with an everlasting boner.
The 45-year-old, who has appeared on Serbian ‘Survivor‘ and ‘Celebrity Big Brother‘, was apparently being filmed by a doco crew from the UK‘s Channel 4 in his home in Belgrade, Serbia, when he began to suffer long-lasting erections.
I was in Iran for rhinoplasty for the documentary film that Channel 4 is filming covering my life.
We did not record the surgery but only the consultation sessions with the doctor.
They gave me general anaesthesia and I reacted badly to it.
Ciganovic was diagnosed with priapism: a persistent and painful erection lasting several hours. Changes to the nervous system, triggered by some medications, sickle cell anaemia or even recreational drug use, can bring on the actually v serious condition – if it’s not treated within 24 hours priapism can cause permanent damage to yr dick.
Doctors operated to relieve Ciganovic’s priapism, although he’s not expected to fully recover for another few months, with another few days in hospital ahead of him.
Still, Ciganovic, who has had successful plastic surgery on his nose, lips, stomach and chin, is nothing if not positive about his boner trouble, writing on Instagram that “Bad times don’t last forever.” Deep.
Plus, he remains hopeful that this incident/the Channel 4 program will help propel him to international stardom.

Channel 4 dedicated a whole episode about me. I think this is a big deal and I hope this is the start of my international career.
