This year marks ten years since I graduated from high school. TEN years. A whole-ass decade has passed since I took off that uniform for the final time.
So far, there haven’t been any whispers of a reunion (do those even exist anymore when we have social media to spy on our old classmates?) But one thing’s for sure, I would not want to be at a ten-year high school reunion that never ends.
That’s precisely what happens in Prime Video’s new Australian original series, Class of ‘07.
Starring Emily Browning, Caitlin Stasey and Megan Smart, a group of women think they’re attending an innocent ten-year reunion, only for an apocalyptic tidal wave to hit during it. What a way to go, huh? Now, this group of old friends must find a way to survive the apocalypse (and each other) on their all-girls high school campus.
It’s been described as “Lord of the Flies in cocktail dresses” so safe to say that I’m already HOOKED. To celebrate the release of this new eight-episode comedy series, Prime Video wants to send you and your HS bestie (an old friend, perhaps?) to the premiere of the Class of ‘07.
Winners will enjoy drinks, popcorn, a DJ pumping tunes of the noughties, a Q&A with the creator and cast as well as an advance screening of episodes one and two. You’ll also have the chance to win one of ten customisable Converse packs on the night.
