Much like his photography, Todd Selby’s debut film Rockaway Taco paints a unique and intimate portrait of his subject’s life; the subject being Andrew Field, beekeeper and owner and proprietor of Rockaway Taco at Rockaway Beach in Queens, New York.
Surfer bro Andrew shares his philosophical musings on life, running a small business and what humans can learn from bees, while The Selby and his camera captures an insight into the characters – surfers, public servants, mouthy elderly regulars – who make up the Rockaway Taco clientele.
