It would certainly seem that at this moment in history we as a nation are all screaming for ice-cream; what with the Golden Gaytime Ice Cream Tub Project having come to fruition.
Whilst it may not have Gay Time levels of hype surrounding its release, the Jimmy Barnes Drumstick is still deserving of salivation/respect. The working man himself, Barnsey, said of the cone: “It’s one hell of an ice cream. I’m stoked to be working with DRUMSTICK and celebrating Aussie legends and I’m honoured to have been considered as one of them.”
But now, if you’re looking for more of an everyman opinion, Aaron Gocs has taken one for the team: “Didn’t know what to think. Wasn’t sure I was going to get with a Jimmy Barnes ice cream.”
He wonders what’s at the bottom of the cone (?), whose likeness they’re going to co-opt for ice cream related products next (???) and answers what he would do if extreme right wing groups were using his music (?????).
To quote Grocsy: “We’re all people, we’re just trying to get by in this crazy world.”
