We all know how it ended: Sam Frost chose Sasha Mielczarek as her one-and-only on the final ep of ‘The Bachelorette’, breaking the hearts of runners-up Michael Turnbull and – much more importantly – beautiful soul Richie Strahan.
Who can forget the poor guy’s full-on Ralph Wiggum moment at the time of booting.

He has a second chance at finding his forever-Poontang, though, after being announced as ‘The Bachelor’ for Season 4 of the hit show.

GOOD GOD HE’S HANDSOME.
Despite the fact that she crushed his <3, Sam weighed in on Richie’s new gig on radio show Rove and Sam this morning, issuing an ice-cold warning to the future contestants vying for his love.
“Let me tell you a little something… if you want to get your claws into Richie, you better not be one of those opportunists. You better be doing it for the right reasons, you better be doing it because you think ‘You know what, I really want to fall in love’.
“Because guess what – when you do your little radio interviews, like every Bachelorette does… I’m going to grill you… I’m going to make sure you’re doing it for the right reasons, and that you actually like him.”
She couldn’t say enough nice things about him, really.
“He is so lovely, and he was on The Bachelorette for the right reasons… he’s very genuine, he really does want to fall in love. And he deserves to shine,” she said.
Sam Frost reveals the best qualities of Richie Strahan and has a few words of warning to the contestants who will be vying for his attention.
