Here we bloody you go you lot, the UK’s biggest beats are coming in hot for us to enjoy in whatever lockdown we’re in. That’s right, season 3 of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK is arriving full throttle next month, bringing a whole new wave of queens into the werkroom for us to fawn over.

The third season of the utterly-hilarious and genuinely fucking excellent version of the competition is set to land on our screens on Stan the same day as the UK (once again meaning we don’t get left out of the untuck chats and gossip sessions) and is set to drop in September. That’s next month! We’ve only just crowned the winner of Drag Race España and All Stars 6 is still going!

I’ve said it once, I’ll say it again: the Devil and Kris Jenner work hard, but Mama Ru works harder.

The 12 queens vying for the crown and sceptre to be bequeathed to them by S2 winner Lawrence Chaney include icons from right across the UK, with racers from London, Kent, Newcastle, and a sole Welsh queen from Cardiff – continuing the legacy of Tayce.

Veronica Green is also back to continue fighting for the crown, after she had to step out of Season 2 when she contracted COVID-19. She was a quiet assassin of S2 so this is absolutely the justice that Ms Green deserves. We love to see it!

Interestingly, there are no Scottish queens this year, which feels rude because lord knows Lawrence and Ellie Diamond were snatched as fuck last season. Ru, please explain thank you.

A massive video meeting all 12 queens has dropped to rev us up for the incoming Drag Race UK season 3, and they all looks so fucken mint. I’m hyped, this is going to be great.

If you don’t have a full 22 minutes to spare, or your lockdown attention simply can’t extend that far right now, scroll on down and have a peep at each queen’s Insta posts so you can get a feel for the kind of drag they’ll be bringing to the runway.
