Holy shitting Twilight, it’s 2012 again.
Former on-screen and off-screen ~lovers~ Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been spotted having a casual drink catch up, and it’s sending former shippers into a frenzy.
The pair were seen at Edendale in Los Angeles‘ Silver Lake neighbourhood on Monday night (i.e. February 11th), enjoying drinks at the bar and casual catch ups.
“Was just at [a] bar enjoying my friends’ birthday and in comes Robert Pattinson which blew my Twilight mind up, and then Kristen Stewart walked in and now I’m reliving my highschool Twilight fantasies,” wrote Twitter user Leah Cordova.
“They just seemed like two friends hanging out,” she added in another tweet.

“It was such a small venue it would have been so rude to take a pic but scouts honour!” said Twitter user Talia Davis, in response to someone asking for photographic evidence. “They were just having drinks at the bar, like everyone else there.”

Kristen is currently dating model Stella Maxwell, while Rob hasn’t been linked to anyone after splitting with fiancée FKA Twigs.
Look – it probably won’t be a reimagining of everyone’s favourite Twilight couple. (Unless you were #TeamJacob? Wow, that feels like another lifetime ago.) Both have often spoken about how the intensity of the Twilight fandom put a massive strain on their relationship. But maybe… this is the start of a beautiful friendship instead?
