Netflix’s New Series Is A Horse Cartoon Starring Will Arnett And Aaron Paul


After establishing a very well curated repertoire of original programming some nobody named Kevin Spacey considers to be a paradigm shifting revelation – House Of Cards, Orange Is The New Black, Hemlock Grove and the revived fourth season of Arrested DevelopmentNetflix has announced its latest content stud by acquiring the rights to BoJack Horseman, a twelve episode animated comedy series starring the familiar neighs and whinnies of Gob Bluth, Jessie Pinkman and Amy Sedaris

Created by comedian Raphael Bob-Waksberg, the series revolves around an alcoholic washed up TV star who also happens to be an anthropomorphic horse named BoJack (Will Arnett) who deals with just how sad his existence has become with the help of human sidekick Todd (the ultimate sidekick, Aaron Paul) and his feline ex-lover, Princess Caroline (Amy Sedaris).

“Even though he’s been out to pasture, I’ve always admired BoJack for his inimitable style and can-do attitude,” Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos said. “I couldn’t be more thrilled that he’s getting off his legendary haunches to join the Internet TV revolution here on Netflix.”

BoJack Horseman will premiere in its entirety sometime mid next year on Netflix.
