Its latest offering to the gods of hot content is The Babysitter, a lovely NSFW murder-comedy about a babysitter… who is a murderer!!!
Starring Aussie babe Samara Weaving as the babysitter gone bad, the film follows Cole (Judah Lewis) as he deals with growing up, awakening ~feelings~, fleeting popularity, and realising that his babysitter and her friends want to murder his pre-teen body. Very normal stuff.
Also starring Bella Thorne, Andrew Bachelor, Robbie Amell and Hana Mae Lee, the film is a close look at what happens when murderous hot people exist in 2017.
“This would go viral,” Thorne says in the trailer. “No one’s done human sacrifice.”
“People have always done human sacrifice,” corrects Lee.
“Yeah, but like, not in America with hot people,” says Thorne. How true.
This looks like an ideal film to watch exactly once with your friends while boozed to the nines, and probably never again. (It could also fall into the acclaimed category of ‘hungover movies’.)
