Fans of blood-splatter and the crisp sound of a shattering fibia, rejoice: The Punisher is officially getting his own stand-alone Netflix series, after wreaking havoc in Hell’s Kitchen in season 2 of Daredevil.
Jon Bernthal will reprise his role as Frank Castle, the hardest motherfucker in the Marvel universe, in the sixth Marvel-Netflix tag-team series after Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and the upcoming Luke Cage, Iron Fist, and The Defenders.
And you better believe the skull-clad skull-crusher is pumped about it, too.
He’s back. Thanks for the love y’all. Can’t tell you how much it means to me. pic.twitter.com/GXS5c1RclF
