‘Love Island’ Winners Grant & Tayla Want A Spin-Off Show, Are Writing A Memoir

It’s an absolute fact that if you win a reality TV show in Australia, you’re guaranteed a little kick up the bum in terms of your career – as long as said career is influencer/presenter/professional reality TV contestant.

Therefore it makes complete sense for Grant Crapp and Tayla Damir, the winning couple from this season’s Love Island Australia, have some solid plans for furthering their 5 minutes of fame. The couple spoke to Daily Mail about these plans – and they are quite ambitious, if I may say so.

As we all knew already, Grant’s keen to get his fashion brand Royal Apparel firmly off the ground. Yeah, we know Grant – we saw you flouncing around the villa in the shorts every goddamn day.

Tayla’s keen to continue modelling and also get into presenting.

‘I’ve got a journalism and broadcasting degree, so I really want to get back into work and presenting and get back into modelling,” she told Daily Mail.

But more interestingly, she plans to pen a memoir. At 21 years of age.

“I love writing, I’ve got a bit of a book that I want to keep continuing with,” she said. “I’ve gone through some crazy stuff in my life, by the age of eighteen I’d had some pretty intense relationships, I’d done Miss Universe, I’d done a boxing match and won it.”

She also reckons Grant’s keen for a spin-off.

‘Grant’s got his heart set on a spin-off, he thinks he’s hilarious! Can you just imagine Grant doing anything? It would just be a disaster!’

Props to them for getting all Kris Jenner mogul up in here, I guess?
