It seems we can’t go two seconds without one of the Paul brothers making headlines for something either problematic or downright stupid. But I’m pretty sure Logan Paul’srecent TV appearance takes the cake for the most cooked interview ever.
The “ex-controversial” Youtuber discussed his whirlwind career in a bizarre interview with Fox Business Network’s Liz Claman.
I’m not quite sure how the interview even made it onto the FBN because I’m pretty sure this was the audience’s reaction to a majority of Logan’s responses:
In less than 7 minutes, the controversial 24-year-old managed to bet $100,000 that he’s the fastest man on the planet and make a string of other absurd claims.
If I’m being quite honest with you, I’m the fastest YouTuber; I’m the fastest entertainer on the planet, I could be the quickest man on the planet. … I’m betting 100,000 that I’m the fastest man on the planet.
Keeping in mind this interview was supposed to be about business and very much not about running. I’m begging you,Usain Bolt, please take him up on this bet.
Paul also claimed that his Impaulsive podcast is number one in the world. I couldn’t find any statistics which support this claim
Throughout the erratic interview, Claman tries to prompt Paul to actually discuss his social media presence and his business (because he somehow made a whopping $14.5M last year). However, she inevitably gets stuck listening to this 24-year-old talk about his pink eye and other assorted nonsense.
From declaring that he’s “definitely going downhill” financially (which seems like a weird thing to say in an interview on FBN) to admitting that he “also has pink eye”, somebody needs to stick a fork in this interview.
Logan is no stranger to controversy, with the 24-year-old making headlines last year for his “suicide forest” video.
But despite proclaiming that his scandalous days are behind him, Logan sure rustled some feathers in his 7 minutes of Fox fame.
And, of course, the internet has wasted no time taking to twitter to absolutely roast his performance:
