You know that infamous butt motorboating scene from the fourth season premiere of Girls that has been all over your Facebook feed for the past few days?
As fans and the internet at large try and come to grips with what they saw, Lena Dunham has taken to Instagram, posting a tongue-in-cheek (hurr) recreation.

The scene, featuring Marnie and her boyfriend Desi, is basically all anyone from the cast is allowed to talk about now. Allison Williams, whose padded ass was the one in question, spoke to Vulture about the mechanics of how it all came together.
Her primary concern was the comfort of co-star Ebon Moss-Bachrach. She told the show’s makeup department “I want to smell like a cake”, and thus had her nether regions slathered in vanilla cream before the big shoot.
There was no actual face-to-ass contact on the day, either – instead, Williams wore an elaborate outfit, slapped together from Spanx and menstrual pads, that was invisible from the side, but felt “like a pillow” for Bachrach.
It will be hard for Girls to top this but Lena Dunham will probably find a way.
