We are sad to report today that Keira Maguire and Jarrod Woodgate, a couple forged in the reality TV fires of Bachelor In Paradise, have broken up.

Keira confirmed the news with a statement to her Instagram, saying only:
“It is with a very sad heart but I have to let you all know that Jarrod & I have split up … I’m sorry if anyone is disappointed or if I have let anyone down. Please respect our privacy as this is a very hard time for me.”
She did not explain further or give any reasons for the split. Jarrod has not yet commented, but the two still have photos of each-other on their respective Instagrams, so we assume the split was amicable.

Keira Maguire was one of the biggest personalities on Richie Strahan‘s season of The Bachelor, while Jarrod Woodgate fell head over heels for bachelorette Sophie Monk, and took his rejection pretty hard.
The two coupled up on Paradise, and it seemed pretty serious – as recently as July of this year, Keira told a fan on Instagram that she wanted to marry Jarrod as he made her “very happy”, and hinted that the two were planning to have children.
