Johnny Depp Is Prepared To Fly To Australia And Deck Barbany Joyce

Even though Johnny Depp‘s dogs have well and truly buggered off back to Los Angeles, the improbable situation that is the War On Terrier continues, with Depp’s 29-year-old wife Amber Heard still facing prison in relation to smuggling them into the country.

Heard was recently issued with a summons to appear on two counts of illegal importation for allegedly bringing Pistol and Boo into Australia undeclared on a private jet, and one of providing a false document.
She was due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on the Gold Coast this week, but did not do so, and her lawyers successfully had the “simple” matter adjourned until November 2.
Depp himself, meanwhile, discussed the situation during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, saying that the situation is “by far the most interesting” legal trouble he has ever experienced.
He denies smuggling the dogs into the country, maintaining that he and Heard believed they had the proper paperwork (that said, “there might have been other things smuggled” – wink wink).
Depp acknowledged that maybe the “weird, sweaty-pated gut man” Joyce was just doing his job by threatening to have his dogs killed, but added that there will be trouble if any threats to send Heard to prison come good.
“If they did that I’d just fly to Australia and assault that man, so that I could go to jail,” he said of Joyce, who is definitely not invited to the next Pirates premiere at this point:
