A few weeks back, you may recall that your boy Jimmy Fallon suffered what’s known as a “ring avlusion” – aka NO NO NO OH GOD NO THAT’S SO GROSS – when he tripped and caught his finger on a countertop, nearly losing it in the process.
Doctors were able to save the precious digit, but his run of bad luck continues, as this week, he revealed that he suffered yet another injury while trying to treat himself from his last one. Poor, poor Jimmy.
As you may have noticed in recent clips of the show, his finger is bandaged up, and he’s been given a tube of scar tissue gel to apply to the wound, to help it heal properly. He was trying to open said tube when this happened:
