Collaborators/cousins Jason Schwartzman and Roman Coppola, who probably already have, like, ten iPads each and multiple lifetime subscriptions to the New Yorker, team up for a quirky new ad spruiking the magazine’s recently launched iPad app. As Videogum rightfully notes, the ad takes the wasp-iest components of Stuff White People Like and distills it into a hyper self-aware two minute video aimed at the tech-savvy elite. That and people who regularly smoke marijuana. And people who appreciate the definition of Jason Schwartzman’s thighs. And cartoon enthusiasts. It’s aimed at everybody.
