Game Of Thrones, Mad Men Dominate The 2015 Emmy Nominations

Friends. Today is a glorious day. Not because it’s Friday (but TGIF tbh), but because today marks the official beginning of the greatest time of the year.

 AWARDS. SEASON.

Helmed by Andy Samberg as the ceremony’s host, this year’s noms are a diverse sight to behold: with usual front-runners Game Of Thrones, Mad Men and American Horror Story scooping up the most nominations (5, 6 and 7 respectively).

But where there are nominations, there will be snubs. Lizzy Caplan (Masters Of Sex), Kerri Washington (Scandal), Laverne Cox (OITNB), Steve Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire), Michael Sheen (Masters Of Sex), Jane The Virgin, The Mindy Project and Girls are all sadly missing from this year’s list.

But the biggest snub of all? Broad City, Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer are nowhere to be seen.

And that’s fucking bullshit.

Regardless, the nominees for the 2015 Emmys are…
