David Bowie’s Son Posts Cryptic Tweet Hinting At Gaga’s Grammys Tribute

Everyone absolutely lost their shit (us included) when Lady Gaga presented her experiential David Bowie tribute during the 58th Annual Grammy Awards.

She managed to squeeze 6 of Bowie’s most-revered songs in just a 7 minute performance. So while some were distressed that she didn’t do each track justice in its full glory, most reactions online expressed complete disbelief at the beauty of the whole performance.

However, some believe that Duncan Jones, Bowie’s son, has weighed in on the performance via a cryptic tweet.

The tweet is the Google definition of the word ‘gaga’. And the description doesn’t read overly nicely:

“overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.” Damn it! What IS that word!?

And while Jones should be able to say whatever the hell he pleases about his father’s memory (and of course he is allowed that right), there’s plenty of Gaga fans who have responded with vitriol:

Wooooooooooow. Everyone knows Gaga fans are pretty savage, but even the Mother Monster herself would be pretty disappointed to see her fans being so disrespectful.
