Good news Australians with a sense of humour. Conan O’Brien’s highly publicized return to late night, “Conan”, will premiere next Tuesday the 9th of November at 11.30pm on GEM – the newly launched and supposedly female skewed freeview channel. If that’s not enough incentive, O’Brien’s first guests back will be longtime friend Jack White and actor Seth Rogen. Hell to the yes.
Much like ABC2’s nightly screening of The Daily Show and The Colbert Report, every “Conan” episode will be fast-tracked direct from the United States. For your first taste of the new show we highly recommend watching “Show Zero” below. Truncated and mad cap though it is, O’Brien’s web-only precursor to “Conan” show still sparkles with all the wit and charm of his beloved NBC original.
