George Miller‘s epic Mad Max follow-up will be upon us and dealt with accordingly in under a fortnight; today, Warner Bros. have unleashed six new teasers for ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ in case loins were yet to be appropriately girded.
Desert prisoners, stunning landscapes filled with even more stunning and frightening costumes, intense convoys, visceral battle scenes and emotions running raw make up the brand new footage released for ‘Mad Mad: Fury Road’, a film to well and truly kick off the northern hemisphere’s summer blockbuster season.
The official synopsis for the film reads:
Haunted by his turbulent past, Mad Max believes the best way to survive is to wander alone. Nevertheless, he becomes swept up with a group fleeing across the Wasteland in a War Rig driven by an elite Imperator, Furiosa. They are escaping a Citadel tyrannized by the Immortan Joe, from whom something irreplaceable has been taken. Enraged, the Warlord marshals all his gangs and pursues the rebels ruthlessly in the high-octane Road War that follows.
