The artist formally known as Lil’ Bow Wow – who grew up and dropped the ‘Lil” – is being roasted online for bragging about a private jet he almost definitely didn’t fly in.
He posted a pic of the jet to Instagram, with the caption: “Travel day. NYX press run for Growing Up Hip Hop. Lets gooo. I promise to bring yall the hottest show EVER.”
But it looks like Bow Wow was lying through the teeth. Unfortunately for him, Twitter user Al Khee happened to be travelling on the same commercial flight, and snapped a pic exposing his bluff.

PEDESTRIAN.TV has reached out to Khee to confirm the legitimacy of the Snapchat, but have not heard back, so there is a small – very small – chance this whole thing is a wild misunderstanding.
Here’s the thing: Bow Wow (real name: Shad Gregory Moss) also posted a pic of what looks to be the same private jet three days earlier.
Which looks a helluva lot like a picture posted to @gru_pics a full 49 weeks ago, but with a different filter applied.
And one Twitter user even appeared to find the origins of his latest Instagram: a generic Google Image result of an airport transportation service.

So yeah – tiny, tiny chance this whole thing is a stitch-up at the expense of Bow Wow. But in the very unlikely chance that it’s not, Twitter is doing what it does best, and roasting the hell out of a man who lied about flying too close to the sun.
