A&R and Marketing Representative

They are seeking a music fanatic to join their A&R and Marketing team based in their Melbourne office. In this role, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Director, A&R (Melbourne based) and to the Senior Director, Marketing Australian Artists (Sydney based). You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with artists, writers, producers and publishers, monitoring and researching unsigned artists in the radio, streaming and live spaces to communicant any relevant milestones. You will develop creative and tailored marketing campaigns for an assigned roster of artists across a range of genres and regularly communicate with all departments to ensure the effective execution of marketing plans.

Artist Campaign Manager 

They are looking for an experienced Artist Campaign Manager to join their international artists marketing team on an indefinite contract basis, based in their Sydney office. In this role, you will report to the VP, International Artists Marketing & Communications, and to the Director, Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing creative and tailored marketing campaigns, with a digital focus for an assigned roster of artists, develop, build and maintain artist brand and positioning through all available channels and have a clear understanding of an artist’s audience and collaborate with the audience development & digital communications team on growth and development tactics.

Communications Manager – 12 Month Maternity Leave

They are on the hunt for an experienced, organised and forward-thinking Communications Manager to join their Sydney team on a 12 month maternity leave contract, commencing August 2021. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategising radio, TV, digital and press teams to formulate strong and effective publicity plans for their local and international artists. Reporting to the Senior Director, Television Promotions and Communications, you will construct and manage strategic communication plans, manage the distribution of communications of music releases to external partnerships, work with artists, artist managers and label partners and act as an artist liaison for al on ground promo.
