Start date – end date: September 15th – October 15th
Job Description: The event coordinator will assist the Producer of the Fesitval awards to manage the event held in Sydney on October 15th.
Tasks will include calling suppliers to order goods and services and tracking their delivery. Coordinate and work together with production staff at the event. Manage the guest list and invitations.
Organise timely delivery of marketing material for the event.
