Hey guys, you know what the real inconvenient truth is? That only with the presence of stripping models will humans beings heed Earth’s impending destruction. Because, you know, extinction only happens to sub-human tunnel people and species of fish we’ve never heard of.
But no, it can happen to us too. Here’s a little background for the environmentally unaware. Scientists say that 350 parts per million CO2 in the atmosphere is the safe limit for humanity. We’re currently at 387 parts per million. So last Saturday, on the 24th of October, people in 181 countries came together for the most widespread day of environmental action in Earth’s history. Appropriately named The 350 Project, thousands of activists at over 5200 events around the world called for strong action and bold leadership on the climate crisis.
