Y’all remember Jeremy Meeks, right? The current Internet flavour of the month. That ridiculously good looking criminal whose devastatingly handsome mugshot sent hearts a’fluttering the world over? The guy who didn’t sign a $30k modelling contract but did turn down doing porn? That guy?
Meeks has finally had his day in court, and although he had to appear in standard prison orange, and not civilian clothes like his defence had desperately requested, he still cuts a pretty damned dashing figure. Dem eyes. Damn, son.
The good news is that his raft have charges have been whittled down to just one: Felon in possession of a firearm. The bad news is that charge just so happens to be a Federal Charge, which means he’s now staring down the barrel of a potential 10 year jail sentence and a $250,000 fine. Yikes.
Meeks is also now in Federal Custody, so we won’t be seeing more of his piercing light blue peepers for quite some time.
