Clearly this is part of LiLo’s long game attempt to become British. The upcoming show is about a bloke – played by Grint – who is misdiagnosed with a fatal illness, but realises that people treat him better thinking he’s about to die, so he decides to just run with it. 

Yeah, it’s a return to prominence for Lohan, but all people can talk about is her hair.
