
The Biennale of Sydney is a non-profit arts organisation that presents an international festival of contemporary art (and Australia’s largest contemporary art exhibition). Held every two years, the Biennale is a three-month exhibition, which showcases an array of international and local artists and holds multiple free events for the community. Since its inception in 1973, the Biennale of Sydney has provided an international platform for innovative and challenging contemporary art, showcasing the work of nearly 1600 artists from over 100 countries.
As advocates for culture in the community, the Biennale is seeking a Web and New Media Coordinator (SYD) to inject a dose of digi creativity into the Biennale’s digital assets for the 2014 exhibition, including websites, social media and e-newsletters. You will be a highly motivated go-getter and know a thing a two in producing and managing websites and social media as well as creating and administering email newsletters. You will be raisin’ the web roof by maximising awareness of the Biennale’s activities and brand.
