Pedestrian Travel: Inspiring a life less ordinary

Pedestrian.tv and our good amigos Smirnoff are hereby launching Pedestrian Travel.

Yes, you heard me. PEDESTRIAN TRAVEL.

The aim is to guide y’all through the greatest cities around the globe and unveil cultural crannies at home and across the seas. Really get a proper looksee under the skirt of a city, ya know? Pedestrian and Friends will uncover the best bars, shops, eateries and must-dos with detailed city guides, video and editorial reviews, must-visit holiday destinations and things that make you go ‘mmmm(an that’s kewl).’

And who are the ‘and Friends‘ we spoke of less than thirty seconds ago? Well, the plan is to get people we know (people who are so Bohemian like you) to lay their knowledge down all over us. The online city guides will bring to life all of the ill’est destinations – focusing on Music, Fashion, Food and City Culture.

If you like fashion and would like to go to New York – check out Nicole Trunfio’s Guide to Shopping, Eating and living like a local in New York. Or if you just want to drink and chill when you’re in NYC, head on over to Fucking around in NYC with Gavin McInnes. If you want more, like So much room for activities in Paris with Alice Cavanagh and Brendan Maclean versus Hawaii, you’re just going to have to Czech it out.

The travel site will also feature happy-travel-snaps from the winner of The 2012 Pedestrian Photography Awards presented by Lipton Ice Tea & Contiki. If you would like to see the finalists for that gig, or are a finalist for that gig, head on over to this link to vote.
