I’m almost certain I’m speaking for everyone when I say we all deserve a nice, long holiday. While we’re lucky to live in one of the most holiday-friendly countries in the world, the itch to get outside of our own backyard is still very strong.
Alas, border closures are here to stay for a little while, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have an internationally-flavoured holiday right here in Australia, right?
Thanks to Disney and Pixar’s new film Luca, we’re going to prove just how possible it is by offering two lucky winners an Italian-inspired holiday in NSW’s dreamy Hunter Valley valued up to $5,000. Molto bene!
It’ll include travel to the Hunter region, a two-night stay at the Estate Tuscany, an Italian cooking class for two at Our Italian Table, a dining experience for two at Il Cacciatore, two tickets to the Hunter Valley Gardens and Italian Grotto, a hot air balloon experience via Balloon Aloft for two and some spending money for the trip.
If you’re over 18 and keen on throwing your hat into the ring, enter below by telling us in 50 words or fewer about your favourite overseas memory.
Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Luca is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta, endless scooter rides and adventures shared with a newfound best friend.
It’s sure to be an absolute hit, so suss out the trailer below for a salty taste of what’s to come. See what I did there?
If that doesn’t get you absolutely roaring for an Italian-themed vacay, I don’t know what will. The flick premieres exclusively on Disney+ from June 18, so you’ll need a subscription to check it out.
