Disney’s Planning A Huge ‘Star Wars’ Hotel & Here’s A First Peek, Padawans

Earlier this week, we reported the intergalactically-exciting news that Disney had unveiled a first look at their mammoth ‘Star Wars‘ land:

Currently under construction, the huge theme park will “transport guests to a never-before-seen planet, a remote trading port and one of the last stops before Wild Space, where Star Wars characters and their stories come to life,” reads the dedicated Disney Parks site.
And now… there is another shrapnel of exciting news. A memo sure to surprise and delight humans, droids and alien creatures alike: a Star Wars resort is in the works.
Yep, on top of the two immersive theme parks currently under construction, there’s a dang resort you can stay at as part of the Disney 360 vacation concept in Orlando, USA.
The revolutionary hotel will be totally immersive, and visitors will be given their own “story line” complete with “secret missions” to complete in cosplay costumes, all while being served by in-costume, in-character hotel staff.
Early animations of the hotel show that Disney are planning to spare no expense to please Padawans, with all the hotel rooms featuring a views into “space”:
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is scheduled to open in 2019. An opening date for the hotel is yet to be announced.
Here’s hoping they… STAY ON TARGET!
