The inexplicably fawned-upon phenomenon of lining up for a solid hour to shove pad thai and dumplings into your mouth hole (foodstuffs you could’ve bought down the road, for half the price, and in a fraction of the time anyway)—AKA Night Noodle Markets—has been hit by the unholiest of virtues lying within some of its precious, delicious buns.

Rest assured, according to Sky News, Brisbane Council officers are “investigating the vendor that served the pork buns”.
The night noodle markets in Brisbane’s Cultural Forecourt at South Bank are running until August 2, if you’re still game to try buns à la roach.
