Tinder’s Just About To Test A Game-Changing New Feature In Australia

The good folk at Tinder today announced that they’re testing a brand new feature in a few select markets – including Australia, because we’re keen swipers – that’ll give you a direct way to see all the people who have liked you without going through the indignity of swiping through everyone.

Or using this tried and true strategy.

Tinder Gold, which works in addition to the existing Tinder Plus membership, will give users a list of people who have already liked you – basically giving you an easier, quicker way of using Tinder. Obviously so you can focus all your energy on delivering a top-notch opening line that would make your parents proud.
Pricing hasn’t been announced, as different price points will be tested to find out what users will be willing to pay for such a service. If you’re already a Tinder Plus subscriber, it’ll only be a small bit o’ dosh on top.
“Tinder Gold members are interested in taking advantage of all the features Tinder has to offer,” said Brian Norgard, Chief Product Officer at Tinder.
They’re using the app to meet new people, and Likes You makes that easier and more efficient than ever by letting users know when someone is interested. Likes You builds on previous features like Boost to help users optimize their time – and go from matching in app to getting together in the real world,” he says.
The feature’s rolling out over the coming days in a few countries, including Australia. Get amongst.
