There’s A Whole Lot Of Evidence Hinting ‘Crash Bandicoot’ Is Coming To Xbox

Our pal Crash Bandicoot burst back onto the gaming scene recently with the release of the N. Sane Trilogy on PlayStation 4, but rumour has it the critter will also be hitting the Xbox One pretty soon.

One of the UI artists that worked on the remaster recently posted a video that shows the game’s menus running with Xbox button prompts at the bottom. The PlayStation memory card is still used on the save screen, but this is likely a nod to the game’s roots on the console.

You can check it out for yourself below.

Whether the game is actually running on an Xbox or a PC is uncertain, but it all looks pretty legit either way. It’s also worth noting the remaster was a timed exclusive for PlayStation, meaning it would appear first on their platform before being made available on others.

Various retailers around the world have also begun listing the game as available for Xbox One.

Activision are yet to issue a statement on whether the game is indeed heading to the console, but if I were a betting man, I’d say it’s only a matter of time.

Released in June, the N. Sane Trilogy became one of the highest selling games for that month. The pack includes the first three games in the franchise: Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Wrath of Cortex and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.
