Aldi Has A $499 3D Printer This W/E & Infinite Custom Dicks Can Be Yours

In a couple of decades, things like gun control and copyright law will be almost unmanageable to police as people become able to use household 3D printers and open source schematics to print everything from clothes to appliances to phones to weapons. While things might not quite be there now, it’s still getting weirdly affordable to own an insanely futuristic machine that can make small 3D objects of whatever shape your heart desires.
If you’ve got half a grand to spare and the very nerdy inclination to make a bunch of custom plastic objects / crude-but-very-specifically-tailored homemade sex toys, Aldi has done what they do best by providing this incredibly esoteric device at a startlingly reasonable price.
From this Saturday, you’ll be able to pick up the Cocoon Create for a measly $499. It looks exactly like this:
If you’re not entirely familiar with how 3D printers work, here’s a quick overview: the cable of green stuff is fed in at the top and some highly technical business transforms it into a bust of late 80s Val Kilmer.
The Create has a printing area of 20cm x 20cm x 18cm, which means the longest dildo you can make with it is just shy of 8 inches, if that’s a deciding factor in your decision-making process.
Designs are uploaded to the Create via SD card, so all you have to do is copy across whatever obscene shit you whipped up in Blender and wait a while.
Apparently, there were mondo lines last time, so get in early on the Saturday if you’re keen to get one, I reckon.
