You Can Play The Entire First Mission Of ‘Wolfenstein II’ For Free RN

If you’ve been wondering whether or not you should shell out for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, good news – you can now play the entire first level of the game for free.

Bethesda say the demo is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Better still, if the first level gets you hooked and you decide to buy it, your progress will carry over to the full version of the game.

Released back on October 27, the first-person shooter will also be available on the Nintendo Switch early next year and the first lot of DLC – The Adventures of Gunslinger Joe – will hit the game on December 14.

Having finished the game, I can tell you that beyond enjoyably mowing down waves of Nazis, the story is one of its best assets. Carrying on from Wolfenstein: The New Order, you’ll find out what happened to protagonist, BJ Blaskowicz, and how the resistance is hitting back at the regime who are now controlling the USA.

Taking place on a captured U-boat, the entire demo mission is played in a wheelchair as BJ struggles with his incredibly fucked up body.

You can watch the game’s launch trailer below.
