EA gave eager fans their first glimpse of Battlefront II‘s multiplayer gameplay this morning and folks, it looks schmick as hell.
EA head Andrew Wilson says the game will contain three times as much content as the original, much of which was developed with “constructive” fan feedback in mind.
You can suss out the trailer below.
Unlike its predecessor, Battlefront II will contain a single-player campaign written by Walt Williams who worked on an excellent game called Spec Ops: The Line, and Mitch Dyer, an ex-IGN reporter.
The game is set between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens, throwing you into the shoes of a special forces Imperial soldier named Iden Versio who’s looking some sweet revenge on the Rebel Alliance.
Of course, you’ll also be able to play as Luke Skywalker and Kylo Ren, among other notable characters. EA have also promised more vehicles, power-ups, customisation and variety across classes and units.
Battlefront II is set for release on November 17.
