A Twitch streamer known as Mango has been temporarily banned from the platform for getting absolutely blitzed during a stream and straight-up passing out, Kotaku reports.

The streamer, whose real name is Joseph Marquez, is well known for playing and being extremely good at Super Smash Bros. Melee. Old mate broke the news via a tweet containing a screenshot of the email from Twitch which states he broke the platform’s Community Guidelines.

The reason is listed as “dangerous consumption of drugs or alcohol,” which is probably fair when you see the footage of Mango passing out. The dude looks tremendously shitfaced before he falls out of view of the camera. You can check out a snippet of the stream below.

Ease up on those Blue Moons, big dog! Mango wasn’t playing anything during the stream, he was watching an Eagles game while throwing back quite a few frothies. But it gets better. Marquez later tweeted that he didn’t really pass out, it was just a joke so that he could have a break.
Last tweet about this ( for now )
For the record.. I didn’t pass out on stream.. I jokingly fell over to be funny because I wanted to take a break.. Went downstairs to talk to my gf and came back and ended my stream
Drank a lot I knowwwwwww

Yeah, sure thing, chief. Marquez received a week-long ban for his behaviour, fake or not. I guess we probably won’t find out whether he was being legit or not, but it certainly won’t be the last time someone gets absolutely wankered and passes out during a Twitch stream.
