Fans of The Sims 4 will be well aware that its developers are constantly expanding and adding to the popular game, whether it’s the ability to augment terrain so you can build your house inside a giant, lifeless pit, or literally letting your sims fuck Santa. Welp, the team obviously has something new coming and it’s, uh… Well, we’re not sure.

Of course, all will eventually be revealed in the upcoming developer live stream, which is generally how these announcements happen, but for the time being, all we have to go off is a series of weird, cryptic tweets made by Sims Gurus: community managers who are on-the-line, mainly on Twitter.

Uh, yeah, ok man. No one really knows what the hell this means, but my best guess is something alien-y. On that note, it wouldn’t be the first time aliens have made an appearance in The Sims universe, either. The Strangetown update which appeared on a few of the mobile Sims games and was heavily inspired by Area 51.

I don’t know about you, but I would never join anyone in a crater. It’s simply not an ideal place to meet. There’s no denying it, though, that some alien-ass font and craters are notorious for harbouring weird shit. I reckon it’s aliens.
