With less than a week until release, a 24-second gameplay video from Red Dead Redemption 2 has emerged online, sending fans into an absolute fucking frenzy.

The video, which first appeared on a Resetera thread, then later on Reddit, shows protagonist Arthur Morgan being interrogated by two lawmen, which is the first stage of receiving a wanted level. Instead of choosing to defuse the situation, Arthur jumps off the horse and shoots down the two men, with a cool slow motion event triggered when the last killing shot is made.
As you can imagine, folks everywhere are losing their minds over the footage, which, at this stage, is like an already sugar-high toddler getting a hold of straight cordial syrup.

Yep, the hype has reached critical mass, folks. I, for one, can’t wait to dive headfirst into the wild west come Friday. You’ll be able to pick up Red Dead Redemption 2 on the 26th of October for Xbox One and PS4.
