Nintendo’s Excellent E3 Announcement Includes New Kirby And Yoshi Games

Despite having a hugely successful launch on the back of only a few games, the Nintendo Switch has felt a bit light on content since March, so it makes sense that their E3 announcement would be a big one.
Yep, it’s bloody huge. The company showed off 13 new games today that are either coming soon or currently in development.
As well as the Switch copping Pokémon fighting game, Pokken Tournament Deluxe, Nintendo confirmed that a full Pokémon RPG is also currently in development for the console.
Also in development is Metroid Prime 4. It’s nowhere near done, but it’s hella cool to know it’s coming.
Classic Nintendo character Kirby is also getting a new game, simply titled, Kirby. Following suit is old mate Yoshi with his own adventure called, yep, Yoshi. As you’d expect, it looks utterly adorable.
Along with the new games, the Switch is also getting some great ports in the form of car-soccer mayhem, Rocket League and the absolute classic, Skyrim.
To throw their charm behind the latter, you can use Amiibo to get items from the Zelda series, including Link‘s blue outfit and the Master Sword.
