With Apple set to announce its 10th anniversary iPhone next month, rumours and leaks about its all-screen front are becoming more frequent and somewhat more reliable. While this latest image is in no way confirmed, notable tech nerds reckon it’s the best indicator of the upcoming design yet.
Posted by Twitter user and known leaky boy, Evan Blass, the image shows a screen-heavy version of what the iPhone 8 is expected to look like. Note the almost non-existent bezels and the little notch at the top housing the earpiece, front-facing camera and sensor.

As you can see, the phone is encased in big fucking chunky case which is from Urban Armor Gear,who make the same case for the iPhone 7.
It’s also worth noting the March date on the display, which suggests the image is an old render and may not be entirely accurate of how the final design will look, but Mark Gurman of Bloomberg – who is well-known for having a number of inside sources at Apple – says the image provides “a good look at the [screen] notch” on the phone.
Google are also hurling themselves into the great smartphone war of 2017 with their upcoming sequel to the Pixel, only reports are suggesting it will have big bloody bezels at the top and bottom of its design.
Now that smartphone hardware has become pretty standard across the board, it looks like the battle has boiled down to which company has the phone with the best bezels. What a time to be alive.
